with Stephan Bonnar
"The
American Psycho"
Stephan is a
UFC veteran who has been fighting Mixed Martial Arts
professionally for 7 years. He grew up wrestling and
earned his first Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do at age 14.
He has also won 2 Chicago Golden Glove boxing titles and a
Pan American gold medal in Jui Jitsu under the legendary
Carlson Gracie, Sr.
In recent
years, Stephan has trained in Muay Thai under reknown
trainers such as Mark Dellagrotte, Duke Roufus and Master
Toddy. He has also taken several trips to Thailand
to train at the legendary Sityodtong Muay Thai camp.
He currently resides in Las Vegas and is a member of Team
Couture.
After his
legencary fight with Forest Griffin in TUF 1, Stephan has
continued to punish opponents in UFC's Octagon.
He offers
1, 2, and 4 day sessions on his insights and methods of
Mixed Martial Arts fighting.
