Stephanie A. Horton's passion is Common Courtesy. In 1996, she started her own business, Top Dog Etiquette (formerly Pacific Rim Protocol) simply dedicated to old-fashioned good manners. Known as the "Common Courtesy Coach" of the Pacific Northwest, Stephanie is a professional speaker who entertains and energizes audiences from all walks of life in the much-appreciated art of good graces, at work and at home.

She is a graduate of the University of Washington, holds an etiquette certification from The Protocol School of Washington, D.C., and is a Certified Meetings Professional (CMP).
